Weekly Tuesday Updates

Once you’re are in contract, every Tuesday by noon, we update all parties of the transaction to ensure a smooth closing with communication throughout.  You will also receive milestone updates through the process keeping you in the loop all the way through to closing.

On-Time Guaranteed

We guarantee you close on time or we pay for closing costs. We believe that if we don't do our job right, you shouldn't have to pay for it.  Document requests and third party expectations are 48-72 hours.
